PermitPulse is operated by LV8 Health ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
What we collect
- Account info: name, email, hashed password.
- Territory info: trade type, US state, ZIP codes, company name.
- Usage logs: sign-in timestamps, pipeline runs you trigger, server-side error reports (Sentry).
What we don't collect
- Payment card data — we do not store cards. Future Stripe integration is hosted by Stripe.
- Customer or contact lists from your business.
- Browser tracking pixels or third-party advertising cookies.
How we use your data
- To match daily building permits to your trade and territory.
- To email those matches to you.
- To bill you (manually for early customers; via Stripe later).
- To debug bugs and improve the product.
Permit data
Building permit records come from the public PermitStack API. They are public records by nature. We do not sell or share permit data with third parties.
Daily alerts and account email are sent from alerts@lv8.health. Every alert email contains an unsubscribe link — clicking it stops future alerts immediately.
Your rights
- Export: email hello@lv8.health for a data export.
- Delete: same email, and we'll remove your account within 7 business days.
